We understand that privacy online is important to users of our site. This
statement governs our privacy policies with respect to those who just visit and
those who wish to contact the leaders of Boy Scout Troop 208 - Shelby Township, Michigan.
Personal Identifiable Information refers to any information that identifies or can be
used to identify, contact or locate the person, to whom such information pertains, including, but not limited to name, address, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address. Personal identifiable information will only be obtained if an individual contacts any leader of Boy Scout Troop 208.

We collect no information from any visitor to our site. We will only know who you
are if you contact us. The members of Boy Scout Troop 208 have opportunity to
gain access to the "Members Only" area. If they choose to submit their first
name, last name, e-mail address, a user id and password, the webmaster will
manage this information to allow subsequent access to the "Members Only"
area.
What organizations are collecting information?
Some of the hyper-links to third party sites may collect information from visitors
to our site. We do not control how these third parties use such information,
nor do we share information with any third-party vendor.
How does the site use personal identifiable information?

Boy Scout Troop 208 uses login information from registered Troop members and their parents, only to allow access to predefined "Members Only" areas of this site.
We do not monitor any activity other that validating the user’s permissions to
access restricted areas of the site.
What happens if the Privacy policy changes?
If our Privacy policy changes, Troop members and their parents will be notified of
the changes. The privacy policy will reflect those changes. This document is
always current with approved policies of Boy Scout Troop 208.
